One of MetroWest Boston’s leading Horticultural Services and Fine Gardening companies is searching for experienced gardeners with a passion for horticulture to join our team and become a key contributor to growing our business.

 

Rehl Gardens, Inc. offers design, installation and maintenance of fine landscapes as well as providing spectacular decorative planters.  Our many long-term clients value our expertise, prompt communication and attention to detail.

 

Role:

• Provide horticultural expertise and management of a small crew in ongoing perennial and garden maintenance, plantings, fertilization, insect and disease management.

• Maintain customer satisfaction through meticulous management of client properties and clear communications with clients and staff.

 

Experience:

• Candidates must possess a strong knowledge of annual and perennial plant material.

• Knowledge of proper pruning practices.

• Experience working on residential landscapes is preferred.

• Crew management experience is desired.

 

Requirements:

• Valid license and reliable transportation.

• Reliable email access.

• Strength, good physical condition.  Ability to work in all kinds of weather.
